INNlocal in the Spotlight!

The INNlocal project was present at two major academic and technological events in Bragança.

Firstly, it took part in the activities of In2CoP, which took place from 27 to 31 January 2025. At this event, entitled ‘Conference on International Co-operation in Higher Education – Multicultural Co-creation for Future Societies’, INNlocal stood out for its contribution to the creation of innovative solutions for Local Public Administration. The project took the opportunity to present its initiatives for the continuous redesign of public services, as well as its objectives and relevance. With the participation of students, researchers and partner organisations, the event was a space for sharing, dynamics and innovation in and for Local Government.

Following on from this, INNlocal extended its activities to the Bragança Gaming Takeover, which brought epic days of gaming, esports and technology to the city on 14, 15 and 16 March. In partnership with the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (IPB), INNlocal had a unique opportunity to explore the relation between technology and innovation in the public sector, making itself known to a diverse audience. By capturing their attention, it was possible to transmit the purpose of this project, allowing them to become actively involved in building innovative solutions for the community’s needs.

With these initiatives, INNLocal reinforces its commitment to local public administrations, which aim to be more innovative, connecting the public sector to the new generations and promoting greater interactivity with citizens.
