Conference “Ethics and Innovation in Public Administration”, ISM-IAE de Versailles St-Quentin-en-Yvelines

We had the privilege of attending the “Ethics and Innovation in Public Administration” conference at the University of Versailles on January 25th and 26th, 2024. One of the highlights of the conference was the presentation of the “INNLocal” project, which illustrated the importance of ethics and innovation in public administration. Over the course of two days, we had the opportunity to learn from each other and discuss the significance of these topics. The presentation of the project was exceptional, emphasizing the importance of innovation in our daily lives. The sessions and debates focused on several key themes, including innovation in the public sector, transparency, the digital transition, and innovation in public services in smart cities. Furthermore, participants shared their ideas and experiences, fostering collaboration and mutual learning. It was inspiring to see how different perspectives and approaches were utilized to achieve a common goal: improving public management.
