INNLocal Highlights Participatory Innovation and Co-Creation at the XXIV National Meeting of Public Administration Students at the University of Minho

The INNlocal project participated in the XXIV National Meeting of Public Administration Students (ENAAP), organized by the Centro de Estudos de Administração Pública and hosted by the Universidade do Minho in Braga, from 25 to 27 February 2026. The event gathered students, scholars, and public sector professionals to debate emerging trends and challenges shaping contemporary Public Administration.

Representing the project, Cláudia S. Costa was a speaker in the panel “Innovation – Participatory Innovation and Co-Creation of Public Policies,” held on 25 February. She presented INNlocal’s European mission to co-design training programmes and foster innovative ecosystems connecting higher education institutions and local public administration, promoting more adaptive, inclusive, and citizen-centred public services 

INNlocal’s presence at ENAAP reinforced its commitment to bridging academia and practice, empowering future public servants to embrace co-creation, mission-oriented innovation, and forward-looking governance models that can respond to complex societal challenges.
