Students in Opava Explore Public Sector Innovation
On 8 December 2025, the Faculty of Public Policies at Silesian University in Opava hosted the third workshop using the dialogical card game Innovation Journey, organised within the INNlocal – Innovation in and through Local Governments project. This session was specifically designed for students and focused on strengthening innovation-oriented thinking in public administration.
Feedback from the workshop shows that students most enjoyed the discussion of different scenarios, the opportunity to hear others’ perspectives, and the chance to work together to develop possible solutions and new ideas. They also appreciated that the game encouraged logical thinking, active reflection, and a focus on proposing improvements rather than only pointing out problems.
