Play, Reflect, Innovate: INNlocal at AgoraEU 2025
The INNlocal project participated in AgoraEU 2025, held on 5–6 December at Fórum Braga, bringing together beneficiaries of European programs, including organizations, volunteers, multipliers, and ambassadors.
At the event, INNlocal had the opportunity to present its Innovation Journey card game, allowing attendees to explore the Innovation Scenario, Action, and Challenge card decks, along with dice and other game materials. Designed as a dialogical and reflective tool, the game encourages discussion on innovation in local public administration, focusing on Environmental Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion, and Citizenship Participation.
The exhibition gave participants a tangible sense of how INNlocal fosters collaborative thinking, reflection, and dialogue on the challenges and opportunities for innovation in local governance.
Participation in AgoraEU strengthened INNlocal’s visibility among civil servants, educators, researchers, and students, inspiring new ideas for innovation in public administration and highlighting the value of hands-on, engaging tools in promoting reflection and dialogue.
