INNlocal in action!
INNlocal Focus Group: One More Step Toward Local Innovation The INNlocal project – Innovation in and through Local Governments – held its Focus Group session on March 28, 2025. The session brought together civil servants from various municipalities, politicians, and technical staff, creating a space for shared reflection on innovation in local governance. Key themes such as environmental sustainability, equality, inclusion, and citizen participation were central to the discussions and were also embedded in the micro-credentials presented during the event to gather structured feedback. The exchange of experiences and perspectives among participants enabled the identification of concrete strategies for implementing structural changes and nurturing a lasting culture of innovation in public services. This initiative represents a crucial step toward building a robust innovation ecosystem within local government, emphasizing the importance of a forward-thinking approach to public administration.
